What benefits do I have by using Kare4petz Adelaide to look after my pets?

Kare4petz Adelaide offer a reliable service so you can be sure your pets are being looked after while you are away. Friends and family don't have a vested interest in providing the best quality service for your pets and boarding kennels can be a stressful environment. We care for pets in your home and send you SMS updates so that you know everything is going well at home.

How will you know what I need you to do when looking after my pets?

There is an initial consulation that takes place prior to you going away where the sitter can meet your pets and get all of the details of what is required for their care in your absence. Kare4petz Adelaide will feed the animals with their regular food (as provided), freshen water, check bedding and ensure that your pet is safe at home.

What happens if my pet gets sick or injured while I am away?

If there are any health or safety concerns with your pet or premises, the sitter will first attempt to contact the owner of the pet and/or your emergency contact person to discuss how to proceed. Also, as part of the initial consultaion process, Kare4petz Adelaide request the contact details of your regular vet so that you can authorise us to take your pet to the vet in the case of an emergency.

How much does the service cost?

Pricing for pet sitting starts from $30. The prices are based on the length of time required to adequately care for your pets and are tailored to your specific circumstances but we will attend for a minimum of 30 minutes.

When is the payment due and how do I make it?

Full payment is due prior to the service commencing. Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card or cash.
